This has gone on for quite awhile. I see it in Windows, OS X and iOS.

If I add an album, with one released song, and a release date in the future, when other singles are released, or even the whole album drops, within the album in my library they don' show up. I've tried closing the app, reopening. I've even tried signing out and signing back in. If I search apple music, it's there, and I can play it. The only effective method I've found is deleting the album and adding it back. But that gets annoying, and songs dissapeae from any playlist. Has anyone else encountered this? Any fix? What am I missing?

I have seen this. Best answer that I could come up with is that something in the metadata or file changed. The old one is deleted from the Apple Music service, and the new one is made available. Similarly, I've had whole albums disappear, needing to re-add them again, with what I presume is an updated version.
