Apple Music Alexa and Sonos

So now that Alexa supports Apple Music why can I not use my Echo Dot to play music on my Sonos speakers? Says not supported.

Getting Alexa to play Amazon Music on a Sonos speaker, or getting Alexa to play Apple Music on a Dot only requires two companies two work together. Getting Alexa to play Apple Music on Sonos requires three companies to work together. It's going to take time. Probably a long time.

I’m a bit confused by these posts about the Echo Dot. It clearly says that Apple Music is supported.

You can use your Amazon Alexa device (Echo, Spot, etc.) to play music over your Sonos speakers.

You can play Apple Music on your Amazon Alexa device.

You cannot, as of yet, use your Amazon Alexa device to play Apple Music over your Sonos speakers.
