Just randomly started today and only on my phone. My iPad and everyone else’s on my family plan works just fine

I can’t select any of the songs on my playlist. It plays the little preview clip only. But if I click shuffle, it will play them all just fine.

Then after clicking the song and getting the preview, it pops up and says I’ve already joined Apple Music? Yes I’m aware. I’ve rebooted the phone, did a hard reset of it and closed out of Apple Music entirely and relaunched. Nothing’s solving this.

It’s also not allowing me to get any new music. Just does the preview clip and gives me the same pop up that I’m already an Apple Music member

This has also happened to mine, have you found a way of fixing it yet?
Yea I end up dealing with Apple tech support.

Settings: click on your name and sign out of your Apple ID. Open iTunes and click on the free Apple Music trial and then sign in when it pops up and asks. It will then tell you that you’re already a member. then close out of that and close Apple Music and relaunch the app.

It end up working for me after that
