Hi boys & girls,

My apple music just keeps loading when I try to download a song. Settings checked and all set to automatically downloading.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks <3

This may be off the wall, but one idea is to do a backup, wipe the device and reinstall. I had similar problems and this fixed it. Podcast app would no longer download shows, the music player started crashing a lot.

I looked in settings general/storage and scrolled to the bottom. It said the System was using over 103GB. After the wipe and install it is about 25GB. There was no error message but clearly something was wrong.

The whole process took about 2 hours for me.

Yeah - last resort.
Apple should make a fix stupid bug button instead :)
Anyone else?

I think they call that button “Erase all content and settings.” I don’t know if these are bugs or glitches. If some sort of hardware hiccup in the SSD causes corruption of some sort it’s painful but I don’t see that as a bug. Maybe it was cosmic rays? Maybe a future iPhone/iPad upgrade will implement error correcting storage and memory.
