Apple Music: Connect - Following artists doesn't work like expected

If i like to follow an artists, i hit the "Follow" button at the "Connect" section. The button turns to "Following". So at first it looks that i'm following now this artist.



If i click now on the artists, i can see again the "Follow" button.



Also the "Following" section is empty.


This happens with every artist and also on OS X (iTunes) + iOS (Music.app)

How can i fix this?

Connect tab doesnt exist in my country turkey. Why Apple?
