Apple Music content downloading over mobile/cellular data even though switched off?

Is anyone else experiencing this bug?

I have downloads over mobile switched off but the library keeps updating playlists and syncing them for offline playback using mobile data.

screenshots show my correct settings. I then add a playlist to my library and it immediately starts downloading.

Is it downloading when mobile data is enabled, but downloads for apple music over mobile data is disabled, or is it downloading it over mobile data even when mobile data is disabled completely.

Try turning off Automatic Downloads.
