I tried Apple Music for the first time today. Its a bad design. And the country you always find offers artists. Not like Spotify. Large fonts and bad cover designs. What are you thinking?

iTunes slows down at time on "For You" and "Browse" pages (probably just iTunes issue though). For me, i go where the content i like, and that is Apple music.

The GUI design is not really that important for me. but music availability is.

Seems both Spotify and Apple music would have the odd music not in the catalog, but that's a trade off i'll take anyway with Apple.

No music to me is that important to go with Spotify

AM has horribly incomplete search results. Neither service has anything like "tabbed" browsing thus you can only be looking at one page at a time. Imagine browsing the internet with one window and no tabs...that is what we have.

I don't understand how people can stand Spotify's current UI. When it looked a bit lighter and somewhat three-dimensional it worked pretty well, at least for listening to playlists – the library functionality has always been dismal – but the more recent all-black interface is a complete usability joke and a chore to use imo.

I agree it's not the best color scheme, but the UI is organized nicely and is way easier to navigate than Apple Music. No two ways about it.

iTunes has a much larger archetype but can not be used as a design. it does not even last from the part you closed the track. You may notice that you are far behind when comparing Spotify

Apple Music is just ...weird..

An example, when you encounter a playlist and play/ shuffle ...If you like a song, you down load it and try to find out more about the artist.
If you click the scrolling red word(below the name of the song), showing the name of the artist and album , it will lead you to the playlist again ..

To go to the artist , you need to click the ... ( 3 dots) and then click the picture at the top.
Which will lead you to the artist and the album.

then if you want to find out about the artist and his entire discography, supposedly you click the the name of the artist (in red) ....But nothing happens.....

Just weird..

The people at apple don't use Apple Music...LOL...Maybe most of them use spotify ...

Apple Music is also SLOW...

This is changed in iOS 11.3. It brings up a list of options for artist, album, and playlist (if applicable).

Yep ...Just updated and it works..

But it took apple 1 yrs to fix this...
Also still no option to download all songs from the artist ....

Apple should really learn from spotify ...
