There is nothing about this online. Nothing. Really. I bet Twitter can go down for 10 seconds and there will 20 articles posted within a hour.

I had to finally cancel my Apple Music. I can no longer use it in iTunes. Really every time I try to go to the For You section or even search for Albums to play all I get is a white screen with a spinning circle. I uninstalled iTunes a bunch of times but it still does not work.

I finally had to get my fourth refund yes I signed up it did not work and had to get a refund.

I haven't had any issues with Apple Music either...

I used it just earlier today, yesterday, the day before, etc. Haven't experienced an issue.
 
I used it a couple times this week in iTunes. On Windows.

And I think we would have heard something if Apple Music was "down for weeks"

My only issue is the New Music mix keeps disappearing for weeks at a time. Apple support still has my case opened since 12/31/16 (is that a record)?
 
Sorry but I still have issues so they lost me as a subscriber for another service.

As I say For You will load but if I try clicking on any album there all I get a spinning circle and I am forced to close and open iTunes again. If I search for albums same thing. However if I click the play button the album will play.

Finally someone with the same issue I replied.
 
It's likely that either your router has blocked iTunes for some reason, or there is some other glitch with your computer. Apple Music is working..

Anyone using NOD32? I wonder if that is causing the issue or not. I don't want to do another sign up just to find out it does not work and I need to get another refund.
 
I fixed it after a hour with Apple support. The issue I had was I did not have the 32-bit version of Apple Application Support installed. I only installed the 64-bit version.
 
Great it is broken yet again. It just started to give me a spinning circle of nothing again. I am getting my money back for this POS service. What is the point of great SQ when it keeps breaking.

It has to be. Well I had to get another refund. Even Apple Support is stumped. No point of using a service that keeps breaking. I know it works fine on my phone but I primary listen on my Windows 10 Home computer.
 
I figured out the problem. I know I am a gluten for punishment but Play Music sounds like crap I can't listen to it for more than five minutes and quite a few tracks skip like a scratched CD.

I need Apple Music working. Okay so I signed up again yes a gluten so browsing with iTunes with iCloud Music Library everything works fine as long as I don't go into the "For You" section. I can go into any other tab even search no problems but if I go into "For You" even without clicking everything all I will get is a spinning circle of nothing on everything except My Library section. I have to close and open iTunes again.

I don't really care about the "For You" section as the "New Music" mix is a joke pushing explicit new garbage even though I listen to 90% older music and the only thing new I listen to is Smooth Jazz. The "Chill Mix" is a waste to as it is mostly coffee house music. Now if for some reason I need to play music in "For You" I have to temporary turn off iCloud Music Library which removes "My Library".

Yea I never had this issue but it might steam up to this problem. The New Music Mix is a big mess anyway. Not just because it recommends music I hate but the fact it glitches. I think the entire "For You" section be scraped. It is glitches. People can't even get it to fully load for me it locks up iTunes.
