Yup. Apple music is also skipping tracks repeatedly.

I have been getting this. But only at work, I determined that it was our Sophos web filter blocking this. I, fortunately, sit next to the guy who controls this so it was an easy fix. The rest of you might need to stream over the phone data services. Good luck

Any body else getting this?

Yes I switched from Spotify to Apple music yesterday and have had this problem on my IPhone 5s (iOS 9.1) repeatedly when connected via 4G. It seems a very unreliable streaming service.
I think I might be switching back to Spotify quite soon!
