Apple Music for non-US countries

I'm looking a user who has Apple Music enabled and he's from non-US country.
Europe, Asia, South America, AU.
I live in Israel and we were supposed to get Apple Music along the official launch today, but after looking at the official Apple Music page on Apple's website, we still see the "Coming Soon" title.

In the UK we had the coming soon icon I think up until yesterday so I was pleasantly surprised when it was available today
