Apple Music, how do i get a new CD on my wife phone

My wife received the new Adele CD for christmas. I am signed up with apple music family sharing plan, my wife is listed as one of the members of that plan.

I have ripped the CD to iTunes and let it get uploaded to iCloud. From my phone i can see the CD there and i can download it. From my wife phone (she has her own AppleID) i can not for the life of me figure out how to get that new CD on her phone.

I can turn off Apple Music and iCloud music library and then manually add the CD to her phone, but this keeps her from using apple music on her phone.

What am i doing wrong, am i just not understanding how AM works? I thought that my music library would be available to the appleID's on my family plan.

I believe she heeds to rip it to her Mac/PC iTunes Library.

You will need to login to her account via iTunes, then upload to her iCML

I will try that, it is weird though the other family members on my family plan are able to see the album and to download it.
