I am pretty sure I know the answer to this already, but figured I'd ask.
I have a lot of Pearl Jam concert bootlegs. I am very particular about my album artwork being correct. When using Apple Music and iCloud Library, the album art for all of these albums are completely incorrect and seem to just be randomly given art by Apple. Songs have art associated with the album it was originally on, and then the concert is given some random PJ art.
Turning off iCloud Music Library is not an option for me because the main reason I have Apple Music is for offline listening (I live in NYC, I am underground a lot and most of my music listening is done offline...plus I just don't have the necessary data plan to constantly be streaming if I wanted to).
I have tried deleting and adding the art again, to no avail. From my research, I am guessing I am out of luck if I am not willing to turn off iCloud Music Library because every "I fixed it" article mentions turning that off.
Perhaps with the Apple Music refresh this fall they will give you the option to manually override their decisions, because it is super frustrating from a fan's standpoint to see all these albums with wrong artwork.
So, is there something I can try before giving up?
