SO since Monterey in song view, I click on a song the song plays as it should yet after a second the screen scrolls down randomly the song keeps playing as it should but is no longer visible on the page you can scroll back and see it playing. Another words there seems to be an interface bug that causes the screen to scroll downward on its own while a song is playing. Called Apple support they saw the jumping around occur yet could find no solution. Anyone else notice this? Any solutions Apple basically had me try everything I even tried a different mouse, safe start etc.

I see the same thing- frustrating as I like to use the Library-Songs view. This is definitely a new recent issue. I've used iTunes and Apple Music for years - have only seen this since going to Monterey.
I am so glad it's not only me seeing this!! Every Monterey update I hope it is sorted...but no joy. Very frustrating when trying to manage a library
So my workaround for this is to use the Mini-Player on a separate screen... At least the view doesn't change and i have access to all functions (playlist, delete, skip etc.)
