Same. Been trying to sync iCloud Music Library off and on all day. Was on the phone with tech support for an hour and finally got disconnected (dropped call) and didn't bother calling back when I found the Apple Support page for this issue.

Seems to affect iTunes Match users on desktops, I have a separate iCloud account with Apple Music and it is working as expected. Also my iTunes Match account on my Macbook is working as normal too!
 
Same here. Been pissed off all day trying to figure out WTF is going on. Checked the status page to see if it was down, but they all showed green circles. Finally checked forums and see that other people having same issue due to Apple's incompetence.
 
Same since yesterday, on my MacBook Pro and iMac.

Same here. Subscribed to Apple Music yesterday as I got a HomePod and the iCloud Music Library works on all of my devices, except for my brand new iMac. Apple Support said it is a known issue on their end and they are working on it.

Had a feeling it was on their end. Glad they're working on it. I see since yesterday there are tons of reports of people dealing with this.
 
Same here. Spent over an hour chatting with Apple support, but nothing worked. Hope it will be fixed on their end soon.
 
Just tried enabling my iCloud Music Library at 8:30 PST on Sunday 4/7/19 and it worked! Issue may have been resolved on server side!

Try updating your iCloud music library. Let me know if that starts to work as well.

Dangit...you must be right. I am able to view all my files in the cloud and even downloaded them pushing the cloud button. However, I tried adding a few disks to my library and update cloud library and got the issue that I can't sync.

At least there is some progress, hopefully it is resolved ASAP

Had a feeling that would happen, sorry!

Hopefully this will be fixed in a day or so.

Yes it is working for me also. I did however get that U2 album songs of innocence appear again, which was given free to everyone years ago. I am sure I deleted that so I'll have to get rid of that (hide) again. Is there anyway to permanently delete it I wonder.
