Resolved [APPLE MUSIC] Keep getting this error?

I've asked a few people who've upgraded to iOS 11 and downgraded back and had the same issue. Do you all think this happened because of the downgrade?

Have upgraded 3 iDevices (and my Mac) and all had iCML enabled just like before upgrading. Downgraded my iPad Air yesterday with no problems. I just checked my iPad Air and was able to cut on iCML and it is all synced.

Solved. Restored iPhone from a backup before a factory reset.
