Apple Music - no way to tap to see Artists profile/album/songs whilst playing?

This might be a very silly question unless Apple didn't include it...

When you are listening to a song by an artist on Spotify, you can tap to bring up the artists profile page and go to listen to their music. I can't find a way to do this without going to search, searching, etc.

Spotify has

• Add to playlist
• Share
• Go to Album
• Go to Artist

Have I missed this or is there no easy way to do this without searching for the album/artist?

On the Now Playing screen, tap the three dots in the bottom right corner. At the very top of the list of options is a button with the song title, artist name, album name, and cover art. Tap it to "Go to Album", then tap the artist name from the album page to "Go to Artist".

One extra tap to get to the artist page than in Spotify, but certainly much fast than searching.

What a gem, thanks for pointing that out! A lot of these simple things on obvious enough for music. I never knew you could tap on the title. It currently brings up a page saying 'unknown artist'. It looks like something might be down with Apple music so I'll try later on. Thanks again

No problem - yeah some of the links around the app are broken right now unfortunately. I have noticed they have been actively fixing things throughout the week though.

Haven't been able to go to full album information since I started using Apple Music. All I get is "unknown album, unknown artist." The exception is when I have the album stored on my IPhone (I have about 10,000 tracks stored locally). Is this feature working for anyone?

mdewater is right, it Apple are fixing things. I have seen it work but it's hit and miss for now until the dust settles.
