Apple Music Not Saving Music To Playlist

Hi recently I've been trying to add music to a playlist on my iPhone 5C and it's not saving music to my playlist. I click on a song to save it and it says it's saved, I go to the playlist and it's not their. It's so frustrating . Didn't have this problem on Spotify. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try choosing make available offline then save to playlist.

I have seen that as well... Very frustrating! It's clearly very buggy...

If anyone can help on a similar but different case...

When I've added new music to my iCloud library on iTunes, the changes are not being pushed to my iPhone. I've even gone to Library -> Update iCloud Music Library and no changes since Yesterday are showing up on the iOS device.
