Apple Music now safe for ripped music?

When Apple Music first came out last year, I tried it and was loving the streaming part of it. I have ripped my cd's into lossless and placed them into iTunes, and the whole matching part seemed to have gone well when I first subscribed to the service. But then a couple of weeks later I realized that when I play some music, the artwork would be from another album. Or the title, artist, and art would be of one artist, but the song playing is completely different. Not even the same genre.

It took me almost 3 whole days fixing the wild matching that apple did. I then quit apple music after that.

So my question is, for those who have ripped music in their iTunes library, and have recently subscribed to apple music, did your iTunes library stay as before?

The algorithms have significantly changed since this summer, as we've said in a dozen threads here.

Yep,, that generally is the case, or was... I haven't uploaded music in a while, since i already have my local ones i have perfected.
