I'm still having problems with Apple Music downloads to my phone.
I click make available offline and all is well.
As soon as I leave the house / wifi signal the problems begin, songs are then listed as not available and greyed out.

Strangely, when I come connect to wifi again they are available and not greyed out even though they didn't have a chance to be redownloaded - so the songs must hve been on the phone all along, just unavailable.

I'm in an area with poor cellular signal and wondering if this is the issue, that the phone can't check tha my account is legit?

SE Penna.
Try going to General->Storage->Manage Storage and under Music, delete all music. Then restart the iPhone and make available offline what you want.

A suggestion that I haven't heard before - I'll give that a go!

Strangely, when I deleted all music from the phone and switched off icloud some albums in Music App showed that the song was downloaded.
I've now deleted all music in settings and all albums directly in the Music app and then redownloaded everything sgain, serms ok now - I'll see how it goes when I leave the house.
