Okay we all probably know we will never see "Alexa, play artist Maroon 5 on Apple Music". But connecting an echo via bluetooth is an acceptable alternative. But in my case, connecting an iPhone 7+ to my echo dot the volume is very low. I max the iPhone 7+ and echo dot volumes but it still sounds weak. My wife's iPad gets the same results.

Has anyone experienced this? Will the new echos work better via BT?

Bluetooth is never a solution. It drains your phone battery and all the annoying notification sounds play on your Bluetooth speaker.

Also the echo is a overrated peace of junk. I also paired it with Bluetooth and it was low. Also Amazon own music service is a PITA to get to work with the Echo. You can't just click on a button to play music. You have to add the album using the Amazon app then use the Alexa app.

If only Apple Music added Chromecast support as Amazon Music even has it but just for Android devices though.

Also those stupid useless solutions about removing DRM using a converter to play offline is not a solution and should be removed. It is the same crappy links I get when even wanted to use a web player. It is illegal and it should not show up doing a simple Google search.

Apple Music is great the best sound quality of any service but the limit of devices it can play on hampers the service to be the best.

Yeah - Cyber Monday and picked up the Sonos One. Awesome!!! Now just waiting for AirPlay2 for better control. I did pickup some echo dots for my other bedrooms...... not bad at $29.99 each
