I am trying Atmos Audio but not getting actual Atmos Audio on my system. Atmos is enabled on my ATV 4K. However, Tidal correctly streams Atmos on the same system. Am I missing some setting for the Music app?

Thanks

You have to enable it through the Setting>Apps<Music<Dolby Atmos/Lossless setting.
It’s a totally different setting.

Yes, I am under that menu. I restarted the device, did not help. Updates are set to Auto.

Rather than send the Atmos data to your receiver for deciding, Apple TV decodes the Atmos data on board and sends multi-channel PCM audio to your receiver, along with a data snippet to tell it to route some of those channels to height and identify the source as Atmos on the receiver display. A fair number of receivers don’t support this method.

Yes to clarify that, just to start with the basics you need an HDMI 2.0 cable and above to support Dolby Atmos, you will need it to be in an ARC HDMI input on tv/receiver and see if it enables it for you.
if that doesn't work start with the basics such as factory resetting the device, something apple will ask you as in troubleshooting steps you've taken.

FWIW, you only need HDMI ARC if your AppleTV is connected directly to your TV, and your TV connects to your receiver.

If the AppleTV connects through the receiver, ARC is not required.
