Has anyone NOT been able to load playlists onto their Apple Watch since the recent iOS updates? I get spinning wheels of death on my phone and my watch. Basically:

- My series 3 watch will only display Radio Stations, even though it's clearly communicating with my iPhone (no library, no playlists, nothing else from Apple Music on my phone - just radio stations).

- When I go into Watch app on my phone, under music tab the "heavy rotation" option shows, with a spinning wheel underneath it. Then when I hit the Add Music button it shows all of my Albums, Artists, Playlists, etc.

- It even shows updating / transferring songs from the play-list when I try to add a song or playlist.

- But then nothing happens. No playlists on watch. Spinning wheel in Music on in my watch app.

So far I've tried: i) restarting watch; ii) restarting phone; iii) unpairing and then pairing my watch. But nothing works – I still get the spinning wheel of death on my phone and no playlists on my watch (in fact no options except radio).

Any suggestions or even cases of similar problems would be deeply appreciated.
