Apple Music Question

Hello!

Does Apple Music allow you to create and share playlists?

I'm currently a Spotify user and think the playlists are fantastic and a great way to discover new music. The only problem is I'd really like it to all be within iTunes. I did try the Apple Music trial when it first launched but thought it was pretty bad and just thought Spotify had better curation etc. Has it got any better? Sadly I can't get another 3 month trial.

Sorry I probably should have been clearer! What I meant was that if for example I create a playlist of 90s European electro house (just an example!) and make it public, other people can then search for 90s European electro house and it will load my playlist for them to enjoy.
