hey guys,

Not sure if this is the right place for an Apple Music question (I couldn’t find the sub for it)

Is the only option to pay $9.99/month if you’re not a student? Is there a yearly plan?

This would be the correct sub forum: https://forums.macrumors.com/forums/apple-music-apple-pay-icloud-apple-services.134/

Also, I believe there is an annual option. And I think at times there’s promotions or discounts (not sure as I’ve only used family option).

And I think you can get a good price buy purchasing iTunes gift cards on sale (as low as 80% of what they’re worth - so $80 for $100 card for example). Essentially another 20% discount toward Music (and anything else you purchase - media, apps, iCloud storage, etc).

Additionally, if you use a credit card with points/cash back, that's an additional discount.
