Apple Music search / playback is down for a lot of folks.

No notes on Apple System Status.

It's been down for 20 minutes.

Not working here in Finland April 30 at 10:00. This just confirms that it is a pretty poor service. Even when it works, it is very slow to start playing songs and move between categories. Its allowing one to have a very large library is its only saving grace compared to Spotify, and that is becoming less of a reason for me to keep my subscription.

Apple Music is working for me just fine. Maybe it’s something with the local server in your country? I don’t think one outage "confirms that it’s pretty poor service" ?

There’s lots to be critical about Apple Music but any service can go down occasionally

If you did a bit of research you would have seen that many users in various parts of the world had no Apple Music service for a number of hours. So please don't comment on issues you know nothing about. :confused:

If you read my post you would see my comment "I don’t think one outage "confirms that it’s pretty poor service"" still applies. As to me "don't comment on issues you know nothing about" as a current Apple music subscriber who listens to it on a daily basis qualifies me to comment on my experiences. This is a public forum where regular people can give advice and help others based on their personal experiences. It's not staffed by qualified experts. Have a great day! :)
