I have a playlist with 115 songs. When I play it starting with song number 1, it shows the remaining 114 in the queue and will play all of the playlist. When I click song 1 and switch shuffle on, it only shows 102 songs total. Somehow, 13 are missing and won’t play. For reference, I am noticing this on both my iPhone X and an iPad I am using. I am not sure if there is a setting in individual songs that causes or if it is just a random chance. Any help is appreciated.

So I updated everything to make sure it wasn’t an issue with software. Now it seems to be a different problem. Now, no matter which option I choose either shuffle or a regular play option, it will only keep 100 songs total in the queue. So now once it gets to 100 songs, it will stop.

Just checked my iPhone X with a playlist 104 songs, remains constant in Shuffle or sequence. Maybe someone else has the same problem.
