I'm using an iPhone 6+ and whenever I'm streaming Apple music and doing other things on the phone the audio skips and stutters, in alignment with things such as webpages loading. It also corresponds with stuttering webpages as well. Anyone else seeing this?

I'm on Comcast blast internet so it should be plenty fast. I'm hoping an update fixes it soon. Otherwise I'll try an iOS fresh install from iCloud backup.

Probably the processor momentarily going on to heavy load, and this is what causes the stutter.

I have the 6 Plus and have occasionally noticed this, but it isn't constantly there though.

Spotify and Beats app never did this.

Perhaps it's a bug with the current version of the Music app?

Anyway, it's no big deal for me as it doesn't happen often, and the stutter is only there for less than half a second.

Hi, It's Monday and I have the same issue and with Sky. Tried at work (who's internet is also provided by Sky) and I can not get any Music from Apple Music. Swapped WiFi to a local hotspot (O2) and hey presto I can get Apple Music.

I have also tried changing DNS to Googles, but that didn't work.

Anyone know what is going on?

This happenes all the time for me, I think it's the lack of RAM in the phone and it's causes the music to stutter when multi-tasking. Spottify did this for me as well.

I never had this with Spotify and I consistently get it with my 6 Plus and Apple Music (even with downloaded tracks).

Skipping a song shouldn't require 1GB of RAM.

iTunes Match is skipping all songs for me as of 30 minutes ago. I can't play anything. It's definitely not a lack of RAM.

I don't think skipping a song requires it but when you have multiple things running and you are switching from one app to another with the music is playing it stutters. I have had this happen on my iPhone 6 and my 6 plus with both Spotify and now Apple Music. If it's not RAM or Processor related then I don't know what causes it to happen when you try to do too many things at once.

There's another thread here where others are saying something is up with iTunes Match today.

Just to be clear, I have experienced this for many months. Not related to outages today. It's also not quite a stutter but rather a static sounding pop/studder in the music.

I haven't experienced the skipping issue today. It's actually gotten better over the last few days. I don't know what happened but things have definitely improved.
