Apple Music - Smart Playlist on iPhone

Is there anyway to get a smart playlist created in iTunes on my MacBook to appear in Apple Music on my iPhone? I created a smart playlist for all of my "loved" songs but I can't seem to get it to appear on my iPhone or iPad.

I assume iCloud Music Library is enabled on both devices.

Smart Playlists and iCloud can be a bit funky because the Smart Playlist rules are computed on each device individually. E.g. the Top 25 Most Played will be the most played on each device - it won't be the same playlist everywhere. For this reason, not all Smart Playlists are supported on all devices. Loved tracks might be one...
