apple music songs not playing

lately some songs on my apple music are not playing, they still available but for example drake- change location and cudi scott vs the world they said no longer available but they obviously still on apple music, i try turning off icloud music off and back on but the cudi song did play but some others song didn't

I got some notifications too but the songs played despite that. Thought it was just an iOS 11 bug. I also got a notification "could not connect to iTunes Store" from a third party app but it also worked after I clicked it away.

I think it has to do with iCloud music library cuz deleting the album and adding it then fix it sometimes but I just don't want to do that cuz of my songs play count , I did something different turned off músico library on my iPhone and computer I only did it on my phone last time lets see if it fixes it
