Apple Music Streaming Has Two Seconds of Silence Before Each Track

Hi. Since the beginning of iOS 10, I've had this perculier issue with the Music app where right after I tap on a track, there is two seconds of nothing, and the playback actually says "-0:02" and so on. This actually happens on downloaded music as well.

On the contrary I've had weird issues regarding what I think is tracks with gapless playback... Maybe an Apple-side change screwed something up?

Some tracks skip to the next one without finishing, but the player still shows the current track, and the seekbar stops at the -0:00 mark. After the next track finishes it'll simply not play the next one after that. It's a weird issue that only started recently.
