I've recently been annoyed by a weird bug in Apple music app.
Every time I open (not launch) the app the two-factor verification alert shows up.
What could it be?
Does anyone else have this problem?

My device specs:
iPhone 8 plus, iOS 11.1 beta 5 (it happened also on official iOS 11.0.3)

I have not encountered this, but I have a similar two-factor bug. On every device I log in I get the six-digit code is sent to that device, which totally defeats the purpose of having two factors.

The one-time code is sent to all your trusted devices. If you logged in on someone else's device it wouldn't appear.

This is how it is supposed to work and it doesn't defeat the purpose: two factor authentication means two authentication methods, i.e. your password and a one-time code from a trusted device, not two device authentication.

Otherwise you'd need to carry two devices with you at all times to access your Apple account.

It is sent to my untrusted devices.

I'm logged out on a non-trusted device, when I log in on the non-trusted device Apple sends the push notification to both trusted devices and the non-trusted device. I'm sorry but I don't understand how you think this is impossible when it is happening to me.
