hey guys. Is there a way to download music from a YouTube-MP3 converter and put it on your phone AFTER you've been using Apple Music and most of your music is on your phone?

Yeah, you can use iCloud Music Library and upload your songs. It will store your songs in iCloud and you can access them from all of your Apple devices.
