Beta testers, how do you report a bug when you find one. Has anyone previously reported the fact that you can't change the Apple News feed stories in Siri suggestions?

Thanks guys, but I'm not a developer. I'm just trying to figure out if someone else has noticed this and it has been reported. I would really like to use this feature more

Don't need to be a (paid) developer to provide feedback and report issues.

Its not a bug. There is just no way to adjust the stories you see in the Siri Suggestions and they are not tied in with News. You could stop using News, reset/delete all of your liked feeds and the Siri suggested feed would continue unfazed.
