Apps Apple News Watch app showing sources I don’t want

The Apple News app on my Watch is showing me headlines from sources I don’t want. I have restricted sources on, and only 3 Following channels, yet I’m still seeing tabloid crap on my Watch.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my iPhone and Watch but this hasn’t changed anything.

Any suggestions?
