Apple not resetting itunes passwords/security questions?!?!

I forget my security questions so i cannot download any apps. I emailed apple and they said they are not resetting anything right now. Any advice or what i can do?

What I was told is that they're in the process of updating their security and how they verify people's identity. Contact iTunes via express lane and ask to be put on a mailing list for when they can be reset.

In the future, use a password manager like LastPass or 1Password to help you securely store and retrieve your passwords, security question answers, etc., so you don't have to remember them.
