Hello :)

I'm having a problem with Apple Notes.
For ease of understanding, there will be one person A and one person B.

I am person A and I have a folder of notes that I share with person B. Person A owns the folder.
Normally, both people see the notes, you can edit them, etc.

Here's my problem: This is the second time that person B makes changes to a note and person A does not see the updated note. Also when I'm in this situation, if person B creates a note, person A doesn't see it.
This problem happens by chance, I don't know what triggered it.
The solution I found is to uncheck "Notes" in the iCloud settings on the Mac and check it again. By doing that I lost all my notes that were "locked" / "pending".

Would you have a solution to this problem without having to uncheck/uncheck "Notes" each time in the settings to restart the sync?

Thanks for your help!

Sorry, no answer, but see this from time to time. I make a change on one device and will be slow to update on another. In the case where seems like never shows, if I do a minor change to the note on the original device, everything shows.
