I have to use Windows 7 and Internet Explorer at work. When I go to the Apple Store Online and try to check out the products it says that I have to upgrade my browser to make a purchase. I have already updated to the latest possible (IE 10.0) and still get the same message. What gives?

Right not available for Win7. I guess those of us with Win7 or below and IE just can't buy anything from Apple. Way to go Apple - NOT!

Dude! Why are you blaming Apple, because Microsoft has once again made a web browser that doesn't work on it's own operating system? Surely Apple doesn't need to account for that! Apple already made the software available for Microsoft... The rest is up to Microsoft, right? :apple:

IE has been gone since 9 and up.

I have no problem with the Apple Store using IE 8, 9, or 10.
Just tried all three--no problems.

Have you even used the recent versions of IE. They're not so bad you know. Not enough to make me switch back, but it isn't the buggy unresponsive mess it was.

EDIT: No problems with IE 11.

At work, I can access the Apple Store faster running W7 Pro, IE10 than with Safari on a 2.4GH, 8GB, 256GB MacBook Pro

Can you purchase? It works for me until I select a product to purchase, then it says that I must upgrade my browser. And that is not possible since I already upgraded to IE 10 and there is nothing newer (in the IE family that is). And Firefox/Chrome/Safari is not an option.
