I wanted to reformat my computer to "factory setting" and inserted the usb that came along with the mba i bought. Clicked install and restarted and followed instruction.

When the installation was done and computer rebooted, i didn't see any changes at all. Everything was exactly the same..
Anyone knows what's wrong?

Really wants to reset my computer...

After you booted from the USB stick, did you use Disk Utility to erase the disk? If not you probably just reinstalled the OS over the existing files. That would make it look the same.

Do I do it during the installation session on after the installation? Never saw any disk utility during the installation session.

Boot from the USB, select your language from the screen that comes up. One the next screen, on the menu bar, select Utilities -> Disk Utility. Erase the flash drive, quit Disk Utility, continue with installation.
