Apple Passwords APP on iphone

Hi,
is it possible to uninstall Apples Passwords App on iPhone. I dont want to use it and store security relevant Objects in iCloud Keychain. I have allready another Password Manager. So is it possible to completely remove this app or stop it from importing Objects from other installed Password Manager?

If the App ist removed. Would it also be possible to reinstall it in future?

Yes, you can delete it & later reinstall from App Store.
