Apple Pay Apple Pay 11 year old?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to add a prepaid card for my 11 year old to use for Apple Pay, I am not being allowed to do so because apparently the minimum age for Apple Pay is 13 years old. Is there any acceptable workaround to this?

Maybe give him an older Apple Watch of mine or something but not have it on his iCloud account. Or sign in using my iCloud on his phone, add the card and then switch back to his iCloud?

That's a great idea, only issue would be the exchange rate as I am not from the USA and I don't think it would be available in my currency.

You could simply give him a credit (or debit) card.
