Apple Pay bug in IOS 11

Anyone use a American Express Credit Card? If so have you noticed ever since upgrading to IOS 11 you no longer get transaction notifications? Like before in IOS 10 whenever you spent you were notified of the charge on your phone when you did or did not use apple pay?

For example

You spend $7.88 at a vendor using Apple Pay
You spend $100.00 at another vendor without using apple pay

The iPhone would send these transactions to your iPhone screen, but not so in IOS 11.

I am getting AMEX alerts on Notification Center/lock screen. No banners. But just went into Apple Pay and Wallet settings, and got several banners for transactions from earlier today.

So, something is off somewhere, be it with AMEX or Notification Center.

Starbucks app is working as pre-11 (banners and in NC) so leaning toward something with AMEX specifically.

I fixed it yesterday. I removed the AMEX Card and re-added it and all was well after that. Must be a IOS 11 bug.
