Apple Pay Error?

I noticed another issue on iOS 11 that I think is related to the Apple ID issues. I went to use Apple Pay the other day at Staples and it came up Card Error. So I thought nothing of it, so today I went to McDonalds and tried it again, same Card Error. So I went home, removed and re-added my card. Tried using it at Walgreens and Card Error again. And my Walgreens card did the same thing when I went to scan it from my Passes.
I'm thinking this is related to the password loop when you go to view your Apple ID and the TestFlight staying on Sign-In. Apple has a major bug it may look like... And it needs fixed ASAP.

Did you try signing out and in of your Apple ID and iCloud? There may be issues regarding that.

I have also hard card error when trying to use Apple Pay error, and then today in the Apple Store it came up declined yet I used the card linked to Apple Pay to make the purchase (chip & Pin)

That's a bad idea currently because some people are reporting that they are unable to sign back in and are getting errors. These are all bugs...

Mine worked before iOS 11 using iOS 10 and we have had the updated terminals here in the Cleveland area for a few months now at McDonalds. We already have the new dine-in service where they bring your food to your table.

I see nothing in the release notes about any Apple Pay problems. Report the bug to Apple.

I can confirm that ios 11 beta may break apple pay functionality

if you depend on apple pay, i wouldn't recommend installing this beta just yet

Just sign-ed out and back into my Apple ID on my iPhone 7, same issues, no Apple Pay still, no TestFlight, still password loop with View Apple ID. Reported the Bugs to Apple and they all have been Closed for being duplicates.

Some devices are working no problems, others are having issues. Mine is my iPhone 7 & iPad Pro 12.9 having all the issues...

If you reported them and they've already been marked as duplicates, then Apple must be actively looking at them. They can ignore bugs for months if they aren't working them or are involved in other issues sometimes.

I've been using Apple Pay find on iOS 11 over the last 5 days, done my weekly shop, daily lunch, morning coffee on the way to work, pub at the weekend and not a single issue.

I'm using here Apple Pay in Germany with iOS11 and watchOS4. No issues yet with the betas.
