Apple Pay issues

When attempting to use I keep getting the error stating that I need to use Touch ID or Passcode. If I disable Touch ID for Apple Pay it allows me to enter my 6 digit passcode and it works. I currently use Chase for my banking and that app doesn't load in iOS 9. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm having the same issue with a Capital One Bank debit card.

Issues like this are usually pointed out in the release notes, it's not. It also works for some people. It's a small set of Apple Pay + Touch ID. Even removing and readding the card didn't fix it for me. I've reported it radar. Hopefully it's fixed in beta 2.

Yes I expect issues w/ the beta. Just wanted to see if I was the only one and if anyone found a workaround. I can use Apple Pay with a passcode once I disabled the touch id for Apple Pay.

I have been having an issue where it claims "Card is Unavailable" on my watch. I go to pay then look like a fool because my card fails to come up.
