This is happening with all my cards. I have deleted them, and re-added them. When I try to complete a payment, I just get a red exclamation point saying that the payment could not be completed.

On one card it says that the Billing address is incorrect, but it is correct.

Any ideas? I've reset the phone, wiped all my cards, re-added them, and I am completely wiping my phone now.

It happens on my Mac too, so I am thinking it is something related to my iCloud account somehow.

Don't know if is reason here but Apple stuff is very particular about address -so if you spell out Street but your card has St. Apple will give you an invalid address message -used to happen all the time until I got careful so not positive it is still and issue.

Update: iPad works, Mac works, but iPhone still does not.

Now, I consistently get a "Billing Address is incorrect", but it is 100% correct. I double checked with my CC company, and they verified everything down to the Street/St. and caps/lowercase. Everything matches 100%.

The only thing that has changed recently is that I had upgraded to the iPhone X, and then returned it. But it was wiped, and I signed out of iCloud on those devices. And I had never added any CCs to those wallets.

My suspicion remains iCloud, but I cannot find any settings to change or any info to delete. When I add cards to new devices, Apple somehow remembers all the cards I had previously added (but deleted) and allows me to select which ones I want to add without entering any info.

Had barclay card issues all weekend.
My amazon prime card (chase) had issues at one store but Citi card didn’t have any issues.

Later Saturday I received a number of emails from barclay saying my Apple Pay was ready to use.

They have been on my X and S3 edition for 2 weeks.

I have this exact same bug on my iPhone Xs Max. I think its related to Face ID. Every time i try to download a free app it goes to faceid does the spin thing and then says the payment could not be completed. If i place my finger above the cam sensor it forces the phone to ask me to enter my itunes password after which it works and downloads the app.

I had the issue where faceid wasn't working on the app store. Support was no help and wanted me to wipe my phone clean. What I did, which worked perfectly, was go into settings>faceid and I turned off the itunes&app store toggle button, then I turned it back on. worked like a charm.
