iPhone Apple Pay through iMessage on iOS 11 beta GM not working?

I’m on the beta program and I’m running it on my iPhone 7+. I cant seem to figure out how to send money through Apple Pay to people on iMessage. Is it not on the GM? I didn’t get an update today if their is a final version.

It's not gonna be out until the Fall. According to Apple's website.

Like iMessage sync via iCloud, it's not out for anyone yet.

Apple Pay through iMessage we be available later in a update so probably will put in the the next update of iOS 11.0.1
