iPad Apple Pencil Lower Latency?

I was never able to find a ton of information outside of what was talked about in the keynote itself.

Does this work for all iPads that support the pencil? Or just the 2nd generation pencil?

Assuming it works the 1st generation pencil, would the best app be Notes to see the improvements?

Craig and Greg went into more detail appearing on The Talk Show that week. You're right, I don't remember them specifying "just the second-generation Pencil" or anything. It sounds like the main advances – several of them working in concert – were at the level of the software that interprets the pencil's movement – so I think that means everything benefits.

I think it's supposed to be both but I haven't noticed a difference with my 1st generation pencil and iPad Pro. All the programs that had latency issues before installing iOS 13 continue to have them.
