Apple Pencil writing to text keyboard

I can’t find a good app for using the Apple Pencil for any text input from a stylus keyboard. Why doesn’t apple ship this built in? Is there a decent app that does this?

The only one I could find is Mazec that is built on MyScript engine. Too bad MyScript discontinued their own keyboard...

Nemo does this but it's not simultaneous. As in you write with apple pencil, double tap with your finger on the paragraph and it'll convert.
