Apple "phone interview"

Hello.

Today a received an email from Apple Recruitment regarding a "phone interview." I have heard that Apple likes to contact applicants before a face-to-face interview, so I am assuming this is that call.

Therefore, I was wondering if anyone here has received this call before? What should I expect from the call? What sorts of things will Apple ask?

Telling you what the questions were would defeat the purpose of the screening process, wouldn't it? That being said, if you do a search the Apple Retail interview process is fairly well documented.

Well I don't want to know exact questions per se, but rather the types and themes of the questions. I've scanned a couple of articles, but a few are relatively old and each seem to be stating different things occurring, so I just wanted a layman's view on the process.
