I purschased an iPhone on Aug 6th. After two weeks, I had a reception issue and went to the local Apple store. They exchanged it with a new iPhone (I noticed the box was not sealed with plastic, them claimed it was new).

Now I am having problems with freezing and all the buttons does not work once it is frozen. The only way for me to recover is to do a Restore via iTunes. The iPhone freeze maybe couple time a day, sometimes on Safari, someone is calling, or after you take a picture.

My questions are:
Should I go to a local Apple store or should I call the toll free number of Apple tech support (are there advantages)?

Will they try to repair or replace it?

Thanks,
