Had to restore my iPhone via iTunes yesterday due to an unrelated issue. Since then, my Podcast app has been going haywire and I was wondering if theres anyway to fix it. Issues I've been having

1. On restoration from backup, half the podcasts I was subscribed to were mission, and a few I had unsubscribed from were back. Whatever, I fixed that fairly easily. The interesting thing was that when I went into the subscriptions that were missing, it knew which episodes I had listened to, so clearly it didn't forget everything, only the fact that I was subscribed.

2. It does not want to remember what episode I'm listening to. If I close the app for more than 5-10 minutes and reopen it, it shows that its playing the most recent episode to come out in my feed. If I was listening to an old episode of a show I'm subscribed to, it will at least remember the position I was at. If its an episode of a show I'm not subscribed to, it starts from the beginning.

3. Episodes of shows I'm not subscribed to do not stay on my 'up next' queue. If I close the app for more than the same 5-10 minutes, when I reopen it, only episodes of subscribed shows stay on the 'up next' list.

Is there anyway to completely reset the app? I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading it from the app store, but it remembered all my data.

iPhone X 256gb (140gb+ free so its not a space issue). iOS 13.1.2 before and after the iTunes restoration.
